If you find multiple customers sharing the same email address within your Intercom workspace, this situation can occur if you've assigned different user_IDs to each of them. In such cases, it's important to note that Intercom relies on the user_ID as the primary unique identifier when both an email address and user_ID are defined for a user.

In one Intercom account, you can have up to 100 brands. Each of these additional brands must have distinct names. Moreover, each brand domain can only be linked to a single brand.
