What's the difference between Automated and Custom Migration

Help Desk Migration service offers you two types of migration: Automated and Custom.

Automated migration allows you to map and transfer basic Records (Tickets, Contacts, Users, Attachments, Custom fields, etc.) with the help of Migration Wizard. You can go through several simple steps and migrate the data by yourself. The Wizard will count the total number of records and determine the price automatically.

In case you have special migration needs (custom mapping, adding additional fields, tags or whatever you want) you can choose our Custom migration service.
