How to Migrate Multiple Languages in Knowledge Base

Certain help desk vendors allow localizing the Knowledge Base, i.e. adding translated content. If you want to migrate a multilingual Knowledge Base, keep in mind that our service will transfer only the default language.

So, before setting up the migration, make sure that the default language of the source and target help desks are the same.
