How to Migrate Inline Images? [+Video]
Our Migration Wizard can migrate inline images in both tickets and Knowledge Base articles automatedly*. However, it depends on both the source and target platforms.
In this case, you can have a couple of scenarios:
- Both source and target platforms support the automated migration of inline images in tickets.
- If your target platform doesn’t support inline images in tickets, you can migrate them as ticket attachments*.
* This option is currently available for Freshdesk, Freshservice, Gorgias, Help Scout, HubSpot Service Hub, Jira Service Management, Kayako, Zendesk, Zoho Desk. Contact our support reps for more details.
What does happen with the old links in the comments?
The links stay the same as they were on the Source, and the attachments will be located on the Target.
