Migrating all of the data from HappyFox to Freshservice. Freshservice doesn't import much of anything unless you use the API, and I didn't have the time to do it myself. Why invent the wheel when this service already did all the research and programming?

As for the tips: Don't forget to carefully read the checklists before proceeding, don't forget to anticipate your potential need for keeping the same object ID in your target platform (like your ticket's ID which can be used by your customers to identify their tickets). Keep providing support as you do!
Our migration of 77k+ tickets as well as a complete Help Center with all its content, went absolutely wonderful. While there of course were 1-2 hiccups (as there always are in big projects like this), the availability of the support team was just perfect and anything that may have went slightly wrong, was fixed immediately.
