Migrating from a self-hosted or on-prem ticketing system
Help Desk Migration service can help you export data from a self-hosted or on-premise ticketing system. To do this, you need to open access to the source database and connect it with the Migration Wizard.
In particular, you need to:
- whitelist our IP address which is 18.198.164.195;
- open ports 80 and 443.
That way, the Migration Wizard will be able to fetch and migrate your data.
