Zendesk Support includes an automation feature called "Close ticket 4 days after status is set to Solved." By default, this automation is set to close tickets between 1 to 28 days after they are marked as solved. If you choose to disable this automation, please note that Zendesk Support will still automatically close tickets after 28 days. To easily access
closed tickets in Zendesk, you can create a custom view specifically for viewing closed tickets.
