How to Disable Automatic Ticket Tagging on Zendesk?
When migrating to Zendesk, mapping custom ticket fields will automatically apply associated tags to imported tickets. Note that this is a default Zendesk workflow and cannot be changed. Disabling automatic ticket tagging only affects adding tags via the ticket interface, as tags will still be assigned through API integration.
