How to get Freshdesk/Freshservice API key (+Video)
Since Freshdesk and Freshservice have a similar user interface, the path to finding the API key in both platforms is identical.
Note that API integrations are not available on Sprout. If you have Blossom and above, email Freshworks team to get your API activated.
1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen:
2. Go to Profile settings:
3. There, you will find your API key:
4. Copy the API key and continue your migration.
