Why can't I see attachments in unpublished articles in my Freshdesk?

If you're migrating to Freshdesk, keep in mind that our service cannot transfer files attached to unpublished articles. Here's why:

Freshdesk is built over AWS servers and all the attachments are hosted in AWS only. The attachments are hosted in AWS only after the article is Published. The API allows accessing Freshdesk database in AWS servers only, thus, attachments are not available via API if the article is unpublished.
