- Sign in to your Migration Wizard Account.
- Connect your source platform.
- Connect Salesforce Service Cloud as your target platform. Sign in with your Salesforce account.
- Choose the data you want to import. Match agent profiles next and pick your default agent on Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Set up your mapping. You can map both default and custom fields. When finished, press Save to apply all the settings. The same applies to Knowledge Base mapping afterwards. After that, you can choose automated options to enhance your Demo Migration.
