Migration Wizard can’t shift the following items:
- ticket inline images
- CC recipients in tickets
- updated-at-dates of tickets
- custom fields for organization and contacts
- note attachments for problems and changes
- macros, triggers, automation settings
- change inline images
- other settings
Comments' created-at dates and comment authors will migrate within the comment body.
The updated-at dates of changes and problems will be transferred as the dates of data migration.
