How to disable email notifications in Groove

When migrating data to Groove, you might want to disable email notifications that agents receive. Groove, however, is different from other help desk platforms. It does not allow Admins to edit notification preferences on behalf of other users

Therefore, every support rep has to adjust the notification settings themselves.

To do so, go to Settings > My settings > Notifications.

Uncheck all the boxes and then Save notification settings.

That's it! You're all set to start your data migration.
