How to check the result of Demo Migration for Gorgias?
Once your Gorgias Demo Migration is complete, the Migration Wizard shows a summary table with the reports for migrated, skipped, or failed records.
Plus, you can also see the types and number of migrated records migrated from your source platform to Gorgias. Click the button and look through a list with clickable IDs.
During the Demo Migration and Full Data Migration, the tickets and related data move similarly. If some data won’t be migrated during the Demo Migration, it will not migrate during the Full Data Migration.
View the tickets along with its Type, Source, Priority, Tags, Requester, and Agents. If you migrate the knowledge base data, check the results too.
You’ll have similar reports after the Full Data Migration. Repeat the same steps but on a larger scale.
How to filter data in Gorgias?
To filter data in Gorgias, navigate to Statistics > Support Performance where you can use filters for channels, agent/team, tags, date range.
