Can I Use My Help Desk Systems During the Data Migration?
To ensure that the process goes smoothly, we recommend you to stop using your current (source) system before starting the migration. You can use your new (target) help desk system; however, you shouldn't delete or merge any records (Tickets, Contacts, Groups, Organizations, etc.). Following this rule will help avoid any issues with your data.
We also recommend scheduling the data transfer for hours with lowest support load or after hours.
