4 years years ago we set out to change the way companies migrate their data between help desk software. As a result, we created the Help Desk Migration service that has become a top-rated data migration solution on the market.
In 2018 we added Intercom to the list of our supported platforms, thus enabling organizations to import the core customer service data from another help desk to Intercom.
And today we are happy to announce that our company has become an official launch partner for Intercom’s new App Partner Program.
What’s new with Help Desk Migration and Intercom
We’re thrilled to be a part of the new app program. As a platform partner now, we will have even better communication with Intercom’s team and community. So, we’re looking forward to seeing what the future holds.
We’re also happy to announce that we’ve upgraded our Migration Wizard. What does this mean for you as a client? This update includes one major improvement: now you can import tickets to Intercom. Previously, this wasn’t available with Intercom’s API.
