Have your ticket context intact by migrating inline images as attachments. If your target platform doesn’t support inline images, or your source platform will soon become unavailable, this option downloads each image and stores it directly in the ticket. Screenshots, visual instructions, and notes stay fully visible and accessible on your new help desk.

Yes. You can test most help desk migration options during the Free Demo Migration. Just select them in the Options window. The only exception is “Migrate the newest records first”, which is available exclusively during the Full Migration.
Most migration options will affect the final cost of your Full Migration, depending on the data volume and complexity. The Demo Migration is always free, so you can explore each option before deciding.
Absolutely. Use the “Skip attachments” option to exclude files you don’t want to transfer. You can also select a time range to skip attachments from specific periods.
