How to check the result of Demo Migration in Help Scout?
Once the Demo Migration is finished, the Wizard will show you a summary with a number of records that were transitioned, including a direct path to Tickets:
Click the button to open a list of Tickets IDs in the source database and respective new IDs in Help Scout:
Go through each Ticket and check if the Type, Source, Status, Priority, Custom Fields, Requester, Agent, Tags migrated correctly. Additionally, if you're migrating the Knowledge base check the statuses of articles. If you're satisfied with the result of the Demo Migration, start the Full Data migration.
