What payment methods available

The Help Desk Migration service uses PayProGlobal to receive your payments. PayPro Global Inc., is an authorized reseller of software, SaaS and digital goods, supplying vendors worldwide with payment processing solutions incorporated in and operating from Canada. According to US IRS regulations a non-US business entity must fill out a W-8BEN-E form instead of W-9. Download PayPro Global W-8BEN-E here.

You can choose from the following payment options:

  1. Credit card.
    1. You can pay with all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, and Discover Bank.
    2. If you have a valid VAT ID, follow this guide to learn how you can avoid the VAT charge.
    3. You can pay in any currency available on the list.  Note that currency exchange fees may apply.
  2. PayPal. Once you follow the payment link, you can select PayPal as a payment method.
  3. Wire Transfer. You can choose it as a payment method by following a payment link in our Migration Wizard. If you select Wire Transfer, contact us to get the invoice. Make sure to make the payment in advance or plan extra time. It may take up to 10 days to receive your payment. You can begin the migration only when the payment is received on our end.
