How to Connect Jira Service Management to Migration Wizard? [+Video]
Whether you’re migrating to or from Jira Service Management, you will have to establish the connection between the service desk and our tool. Migration Wizard will ask you to provide the following credentials:
- Company account URL;
- The username for your Jira Service Management account;
- Your Jira Service Management API token (if you have a cloud account) OR the admin password (if you have a self-managed account).
