How to merge two or more Jira Service Management instances? [+Video]

Merge Two Jira Service Management with Migration Wizard

The Help Desk Migration service makes it easy to consolidate multiple Jira Service Management accounts. Let’s find out how.

First, you need to connect the source account. You need to enter the URL of your Jira Service Management instance, email, and API token. Hit Continue and you will see an option to choose the project that you want to migrate.

IMPORTANT The Migration Wizard migrates one project at a time. If you have multiple projects in Jira Service Management, you will need to set up multiple migrations.

Next, connect your target Jira Service Management instance. Enter the credentials, choose the project where you want to import data and the Issue type to be set for all incidents.

Press Continue. Choose what data you want to migrate, map ticket fields and start the Demo.
