How to check the outcome of Demo Migration for Kayako?
Once the Demo is complete, you will see this summary of records that were used during the Demo Migration. Click on the “View 20 records” button to see a list of Ticket IDs from your source platform and the respective TIcket IDs from your Kayako account.
Use the direct links attached to each ticket to check the migrated records.
Be sure to check these records:
- Tickets (Type, Status, Priority, Source, Custom Fields);
- Requester, and Agent;
If you were moving your Knowledge Base, make sure if all the articles have correct statuses. Then, check the rest of the data. If all the bonds were established in Kayako correctly, you can move on to the Full Migration.
