How to assign customers to organizations in Jira Service Desk?
After importing the JSON file into Jira Service Desk, you’ll notice that customers are not assigned to organizations. The reason being is that Jira Service Desk currently does not allow to automatically associate email domains to organizations.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do on our side. After the migration, you’ll have to manually associate all customer accounts with organizations. There’s a feature request that you can vote for - JSD-4519.
