How is my price determined?

The price for the migration is determined automatically after you complete the Free Demo Migration. The tool counts all the records available in your source help desk: Tickets, Companies, Contacts, Agents, and Groups. Note that we don’t charge for custom fields, replies, notes, and attachments.

If you also migrate Knowledgebase articles, then the tool will include Articles, Categories, and Folders in the price.
