Closed Tickets in Zendesk

Zendesk Support has an automation dubbed Close ticket 4 days after status is set to solved. You can set it to close the ticket between 1 to 28 days after it was solved. However, even if you disable this automation, Zendesk Support will close tickets after 28 days by default.
