Where Can I Find My Migrated Tickets in Zendesk?

There are a few reasons why you may be unable to see all the imported data in your Zendesk system:

  1. By default, Zendesk does not show all ticket statuses (i.e., Closed, etc). To view all tickets, type * in the search bar and press the Enter key.
  2. Zendesk automatically archives old tickets and marks them as closed. You need to create a view in Zendesk to find closed tickets.
