The Process Itself
We understand that some of you might want to learn how the process is carried out and we are more than happy to oblige. Generally speaking, the entire migration event can be divided into three parts, preparation, specification, and demo. Let’s take a look at each separately so that you can have a better understanding:
Preparation Phase — Now, this is perhaps the most important part of the entire migration process. In this phase, you need to sign up on our website, choose your source and target platform (these are Salesforce and HubSpot responively), and start the migration process.
Once you are done, you will be asked to provide credentials to both platforms. Why? Our tool relies on a “bridge” communication model. To establish this connection, credentials are necessary.
Specification Phase — This is perhaps the most interesting part of the migration. It is where you will need to specify what you would like to move. After you provided the credentials and the connection was established, our tool will pull a list of entities you can migrate to the Hubspot Service Hub platform.
