“Requester is suspended”

This error occurs when the requester has been suspended from Zendesk. You need to unsuspend this user by following the instruction:

  1. Press the Search icon in the top toolbar.
  2. Enter the name of the user you want to unsuspend in the search box and click the user's name when it appears. You can also open a user's profile from one of their tickets.
  3. Use the Ticket options menu in the upper right to unsuspend access.
