“Requester is suspended”
This error occurs when the requester has been suspended from Zendesk. You need to unsuspend this user by following the instruction:
- Press the Search icon in the top toolbar.
- Enter the name of the user you want to unsuspend in the search box and click the user's name when it appears. You can also open a user's profile from one of their tickets.
- Use the Ticket options menu in the upper right to unsuspend access.
