How to migrate public requests from UseResponse

UseResponse has two types of requests (tickets) that differ in the type of migration required:

  • An internal request – is the basic help desk and knowledge base ticket that can be transferred by default during the automated migration.
  • A public request – is a forum ticket, which includes feedback with its own statuses and custom fields. This type of request is not migrated at all.

If you want to have this type of request migrated, contact our team in advance in order to arrange custom migration. Our agents will explain everything in detail and help you organize the process of migration.

Note that the custom migration is made for an additional cost.
