How to Disable Notifications Before Migrating to Odoo Helpdesk
To prevent unnecessary alerts during migration, follow these steps to disable notifications in Odoo Helpdesk.
Disable Agent Notifications
1. From the main page, go to Settings.
2. Navigate to Users & Companies.
3. Open the user’s page.
4. Under the Preferences tab, set Notification to Handle in Odoo.
Be sure to turn off Notifications by switching Handle in Odoo for each user.
Disable Contact Notifications
1. Go to Technical > Email Templates.
2. Find all templates related to Helpdesk Ticket and User. Delete them to stop automated messages.
