How to whitelist IP in Helpspot

To set up a data migration from or to HelpSpot, you will need to whitelist Help Desk Migration’s IP in your account. Follow this path to do it:

1. Log in to your HelpSpot account with the admin permissions, and go to the Admin section.

2. In the left sidebar, choose Settings; System.

3. Scroll down through this section to the field with authorized IPs. Here, you can provide specific IP numbers to enable them to perform and call tasks over your HelpSpot account. To whitelist our IP, you can either add it to the authorized IP’s field or keep the field empty (to allow any IP with access to your profile).
