Desk.com

To migrate from Desk.com, please, provide the following credentials:

  • the email/username to your help desk admin panel;
  • email and password to your Desk.com account;
  • filter cases. This option allows migrating the set of cases starting from the specific case ID. You can find the Case ID following this guide. You can leave this field empty if you want to migrate all cases.
