"X" is required when solving a ticket
Please, make sure the field in the ticket indicated in your report is filled. Or, you may change your field settings to make this field optional.
Attachment is too large
Your help desk system has a file size limit, which means we weren't able to migrate the attachment. Try reducing the size of your file and uploading it manually after the migration is completed.
User "X" is not a member of group "Y"
Please add this user to the appropriate group.
Improper or invalid email format
Your help desk system has requirements for the email format. Please correct this email in your source help desk system.
Import of attachment failed due to API/server error
This means your new help desk system doesn’t allow to import this attachment. Try uploading the attachment manually after the migration is completed.
"X"is already taken
The help desk system configuration requires the field to be unique. Update the field in your source system, so it's unique, or remove/disable the rule in your configurations to allow duplicate values.
Record/resource not found
This means that your team has deleted a record in your new help desk system before we could complete the migration. If the record was deleted on purpose, you can ignore this error.
